Technology transfer and territorial networking

Within the activities of WG3 - From molecules to devices and WG5 - Environmental sustainability and responding to the strategic targets TS3 - Monitoring and TS5 - Ecosystems, the Aquatic Ecology group established collaborations with the Po River Basin Authority, the Interregional Agency for the Po River, ARPAE, ERSAF Lombardia, the Emilia Centrale Parks Authority, the Municipality of Parma, and the Universities of Torino and Ferrara. These collaborations are aimed at implementing large-scale monitoring networks, conducting sampling and analysis of chemical-physical and biological parameters, evaluating the sustainability of agricultural practices and pollution risks, assessing biodiversity, and integrating the Po River into the Italian network of long-term ecological research.
